Support Group Policies
1. Coaching fees are payable in advance each month using the payment systems through our wix powered website. The client is responsible for keeping their card information up-to-date on the website to enable recurring billing, however no fees will be charged should a payment fail and need to be updated afterward.
2. Recurring Billing: For Monthly coaching, payments (renewals) are automatic. If the client wishes to cancel their support group subscription, they must request cancellation at least two business days prior to the renewal date by emailing their coach at admin@3ddigitaldesignsllc.com. Payments are automatic until canceled. Thereafter, the client may manually cancel if needed.
3.This is a non-contractual agreement and may be terminated at any time.
4. In all circumstances, support group fees for the current month and previous months are non-refundable in the event the client cancels – only further payments will be stopped automatically by following the steps above.
